A fantastic offer for spending your winter in our seafront apartment, outside Nikiti village/Sithonia/Halkidiki/Greece! If you are a pensioner or remote worker, you can experience a different autumn/winter by staying in sunny Greece and our fully stocked seafront apartment, with 8 beds in total. The monthly price is 700e and this includes water, but it does not include electricity/heating and internet. It applies for the months October through May and for a minimum stay of one month. Experience completely different, real and relaxed holidays, away from the crowds and inside nature, but still close to villages, in our big family 75sq.m. seafront apartment ("Daniil's Seafront Apartment", ΑΜΑ/license number 00000166871), in a very quiet beach, surrounded by a dense pine forest (2km after Metamorfosi and 5km before Nikiti, family friendly villages, Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki), ideal for one or two families (we have 8 beds in total). We offer: *two separate comfortable bedrooms (with big wardrobes), *big living room (with tv, sofas, big table etc), *separate fully stocked kitchen (table, ceramic kitchen, big refrigerator and separate deep freeze), *bathroom (with washing machine), *two separate balconies with tents (a sea facing and a forest facing balcony). *Fast internet, *Netflix, *3X air-conditions, *mosquito nets everywhere, *two canoe/kayaks (free), *5000sq.m. garden, *sun loungers (free) and *big parking (free). *We are pet friendly. About the area Nearby villages (smaller Metamorfosi and bigger Nikiti) offer super markets, banks, doctors, shops, restaurants and cafes, while the main Health center of the area is just 10km away in Agios Nikolaos village. The vibrant city of Thessaloniki with its international Macedonia airport is just 95km away.
