Greece Last Minute ("we", "us", "our"), available at greecelastminute.com, is a travel-deal aggregation website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask you to provide personal information to browse deals. The information we process is limited to:

• Usage data — pages visited, searches performed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type. This is collected via Google Analytics (see section 3).
• Contact details — if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.
• Technical logs — our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate and improve the website: understanding which deals and destinations are popular, fixing errors, preventing abuse, and answering your messages. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Cookies, consent and analytics

On your first visit we show a cookie banner and ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set (as required by the EU GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive). Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in cookieless "consent mode" and stores nothing on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We also store a small preference (such as your light/dark theme choice) locally in your browser; it never leaves your device.

4. Third-party content and links

The deals shown on this site are aggregated from publicly available sources, primarily public Facebook groups and pages. Offer cards link to the original posts and to third-party websites. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of the destination site applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, including Facebook/Meta.

5. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@greecelastminute.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
